Attorney Aviv Harel graduated from the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University in 1995, was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 1996, and has been certified as a notary since 2008, and a member of NYSBA. He is fluent in Hebrew, English, and Romanian.

He is actively engaged in public service, serving as a member of the Inheritance Committee and the Rabbinical Courts Committee in the Tel Aviv District of the Israel Bar Association.
